Outfielder Brent Clevlen and infielder Michael Hollimon were called up from Toledo on Friday along with reliever Denny Bautista, who ended his rehabilitation assignment.
Clevlen, who Tigers manager Jim Leyland expects to start three games beginning today, takes the place of Clete Thomas, whose sprained right ankle was worse than it first appeared.
