Tigers moving Guillen to third, Cabrera to first

After the Detroit Tigers’ victory Tuesday night, manager Jim Leyland announced that former shortstop Carlos Guillen would be moving from first base to third and Miguel Cabrera will switch from third to first starting Wednesday night.
Leyland told reporters, “I just wanted everybody to know so when you came in (today) and saw Guillen playing third and Cabrera playing first you’d already know it from me, so you’re not shocked and everybody’s panicking and acting crazy.”
