On the whole, June was another impressive month for the Tigers.
They hit over .300 as a team for the second straight month (.306), had their best month record at 16-10 and kept the American League Central race interesting, staying within two games of Cleveland.
But the last week left a sour taste.
That was capped by Saturday’s 8-5 loss to the Minnesota Twins at Comerica Park.
