Raburn named Tigers Rookie of the Year

Outfielder Ryan Raburn has been named Tigers Rookie of the Year by the Detroit Sports Broadcasters’ Association.

Raburn played in 49 games with the Tigers in 2007, batting .304 with four homers, 27 RBI and 12 doubles.

The Detroit Sports Broadcasters’ Association has been selecting the Rookie of the Year since 1969.
