Bonderman back to 100%; Miller back to the minors

Doubt disappeared from Jeremy Bonderman’s voice on Tuesday afternoon.
“One hundred percent,” he said, when asked about the chances he would start Thursday against the Los Angeles Angels. “I’m ready to go.”
Bonderman met with reporters after throwing a bullpen session — 35 pitches, by his estimation — and sounded certain that the blister on his right middle finger had gone away.
“Just regular skin now,” he said.
