Dion Harris scored 24 points, including 10 straight for Michigan during a pivotal first-half run, to lead the Wolverines to a 67-56 win over Michigan State on Tuesday night.

Michigan (20-10, 8-7 Big Ten) kept its hopes alive for making the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1998 with its fourth win in six games. The Wolverines play No. 1 Ohio State on Saturday at home in the regular-season finale before next week’s Big Ten tournament.

The Spartans (21-9, 8-7) had won four straight, including a victory over then-No. 1 Wisconsin to improve their chances of making the NCAAs for the 10th straight year.
