Marian Ilitch, George Blaha, elected to Michigan Sports Hall of Fame

Red Wings co-owner Marian Ilitch is among 11 people being named to the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame.

In addition to Ilitch, the wife of Tigers and Red Wings owner Mike Ilitch, other inductees are George Blaha, announcer for the Pistons and Michigan State football; Herman Moore, a former All-Pro Lions wide receiver; and NASCAR team owner Jack Roush of Northville.
