Michigan State’s coaches and players were extremely offended and irked by Michigan running back Mike Hart’s comments following the Wolverines’ 28-24 victory Saturday.

“If they want to mock us, I’m telling them, it’s not over,” first-year MSU coach Mark Dantonio said. “They can print all that crap they want all over their locker room. It’s not over. It’ll never be over here. It’s just starting.”

Dantonio was responding to Hart’s comment and the attitude in general of the Wolverines, who had beaten MSU six straight years.

“They need to check themselves sometimes,” Dantonio said. “Let’s just remember pride comes before the fall.”
