Lions’ Martz remains mum on future
Mike Martz is putting off discussing his future as the Detroit Lions’ offensive coordinator until the end of the season.
Quarterback Jon Kitna made a strong pitch Wednesday for Martz to return, but Martz declined to discuss the issue Thursday.
“The timing of this and discussing those things, I’m just not comfortable with right now,” Martz said. “Whatever’s going on, we’ll visit that at the end of the season.
