Lions hire Colletto as offensive line coach
The Detroit Lions hired former Purdue head coach Jim Colletto on Monday to coach their offensive line.
Colletto was UCLA’s offensive line coach last season after coaching the same unit with the Oakland Raiders, for one season, and for the Baltimore Ravens from 1999-2004.
“This was a hard decision for me to make,” Colletto said in a statement released by UCLA. “Karl (Dorrell) gave me a great opportunity and I am thankful to him for that.
