Geoffrey Fieger’s law firm plans to file a civil suit against Lions defensive tackle Shaun Rogers on behalf of the woman who accused Rogers of sexual assault last month.

“Yes, we plan on filing a suit, and I hope that the end result is that our client gets what she deserves,” said William J. McHenry, an associate of Fieger, a Southfield attorney known for handling high-profile cases. “Now that’s going to be up to a jury someday.”
