Lions lose Drew Stanton to New York Jets
The Lions have lost quarterback Drew Stanton to the Jets.
Stanton signed a one-year deal worth $1.25 million, according to reports, to be the back-up to starter Mark Sanchez, who recently signed a $40.5 million extension to be the clubs starter.Stanton told Detroitlions.com recently that he was hoping to find a team where he could compete for more playing time.
