Charles Rogers turns himself in on two warrants, released on own recognizance

Charles Rogers, the former Saginaw High School star athlete and former Detroit Lions wide receiver, turned himself in this afternoon on two warrants seeking his arrest.

Rogers, 30, appeared before Saginaw County District Judge A.T. Frank about 4:30 p.m. and pleaded not guilty to five misdemeanors from two unrelated incidents. (MLive.com)
