For the first time since May 15, the Tigers sit at .500. If that seems like an odd statement, consider that they had a first 10-strikeout performance from rookie Drew Smyly and a go-ahead home run on a three-ball count to Delmon Young to thank for it on Friday night. (MLB.com)
