Orlovsky picking free agency over backup role

Dan Orlovsky says he’s pretty confident free agency will be better for him than accepting a contract to be a backup quarterback for the Lions.
“They made an offer, but I’m going to test the market and see what’s out there for me,” Orlovsky said today in a telephone interview with the Associated Press. “I’m pretty confident that I’m going to get a better offer.”
